I have the same problems.
I installed fluxbox and window maker form ports and some application doesn't start from these wm's,
but they start from KDE properly.

to my mind the phrase "why not double clicking the icon" is not a _pro_ solution, is it?

i looked through some forums, where i'v found some probable solutions..

the first one is because procfs hasn't been mounted

and the second one is because of AppArmor.

have any ideas?

P.S: answers like "Use KDE and feel good" aren't professional..

thnx
