Default .PBI Package manager and new users
When I add new users to the system theb they don't have .pbi installed programs icons on desktop. How can I add default profile to all users, new and already existing ones?

so I did this- tar-ed my .kde folder to the skeleton:

Code:
# cd /home/username/.kde
# tar -cf /PCBSD/files/KDEDefault.tar
when you add new user from PCBSD menu, then new users have all links to installed programs on desktop.

Hrm.. I believe the PBI installer is supposed to register icons in all profiles, including the default one. Could be wrong, or it could be a bug.

I'll have a look at the source and see, if it's a bug we can report it to Kris when he gets back.

Ok, I've had a look. It isn't a bug, the PBI installer isn't designed to do that, but I think it's probably something it should do. Maybe we should suggest it to Kris when he gets back from his break.
