I surprised to hear that you have a problems. I was browsing the conference server on at least 5 times today and yesterday. Always up and very fast.
Are you sure your internet provider is reliable? Is internet censored in Brazil?
That would be the most pathetic censorship I have ever heard of. Even China would be proud of that one :wink:
