Dell Inspiron 6400 compatible with PC-BSD?

Hi

I want to buy a laptop that's 100 % compatible with PC-BSD and Linux.
Since Ubuntu has started this "relationship" with Dell, I'm thinking it would be smart "compatibility"-wise to buy a Dell.

Does anyone of you have PC-BSD running on a Dell Inspiron 6400?

I would appreciate it if some of you could check out the specs on it, and give me some advice about buying it or not...

Concerning alternatives to Dell, I know I've read nice things about IBM/Lenovo's. Any other brands to check out?

Kolla på FreeBSD/i386 6.1-RELEASE Hardware Notes.

This message suggests it should be fine.

If possible, goto a store with a Live CD and ask to test before buying.
