Default Sound problem.
I my motherboard has an integrated sound chip in it, but ever since I've had it it has had a Soundblast Live! card in it. These cards are supported, but I am getting the error that tells me I must use the null driver. I installed the two sound driver Pbis so no avail.

The intgrated sound is disabled in BIOS, but I think PC-BSD is still trying to use it. Make any sense? ANy way to fix?

After boot up it should see the sound card but not be able to use it. The BIOS is only good till the kernel is in power afaik.

I'd check out /boot/modules and /boot/kernel/snd_* to see if any thing happened to the driver & look in /boot/loader.conf
