GParted - How to resize partitions without losing data

I've used GParted with great success before. This most recent time the boot sector got messed up, but after fixing windows I'm back up and running.

if you reduce the size of a partition that is before a bsd partition(s) and create a new partition then you will have to edit fstab (increment slice #s by 1) in the following bsd partition(s).
