Default Redetection at start up
I have multiple computers in which I use removable trays to install various systems. A major problem that I have with all Linux and BSD systems is the ability to move a system from one computer to another. The system invariably fails to load an existing system even though a livecd of the system will work.

The Linspire distro has overcome this problem in all the cases that I have tried with a REDETECT option at boot time. This essentially just redetects and amends where necessary the relevant system information. Is this possible with PCBSD, I ask because moving a disk with PCBSD installed from computer 1 to computer 2 has always unsuccessful for me, the boot terminating with errors.
