Software update & proxy server

Hi all,

I've just built PC-BSD 1.3 on my workstation. Unfortuantely I'm unable to update the distro because I'm running behing a proxy server (I've already red http://forums.pcbsd.org/viewtopic.php?t=4375, but I don't want to use PBI).
I know it's impossible to use cvsup behind a proxy server, but what about pkg_*? Are there any other ways?

Yes, all environment variables are already set in .bash_profile (I'm using bash) :cry:

You can try with the KDE Control`s proxy settings. I think they`re global.
If not, then check ifconfig and the options to set proxy, or look for the solution on bsdforums.
I`m sure I`ve seen it somewhere there or here.
