Default HP dv2000t
I have a HP Pavilion dv2000t with Conexant High Definition Audio and having no luck getting the sound to work, anyone have any suggestions?

Searching the FreeBSD archives I can see nothing that pertains to Conexant but a couple of others (Intel and nVidia)

I believe my first laptop had a Conexant HD audio - it didn't work on PC-BSD period (including a few GNU/Linux systems).

FreeBSD doesn't support HDA in the base system yet, you need to check Ariff page
