Default Mozilla Suite is dead! Long live Mozilla SeaMonkey!
All users of previous SeaMonkey versions, the Netscape suite and the Mozilla suite (which will be completely discontinued following a final security release next week) are encouraged to upgrade to this new version of the suite product line, as SeaMonkey 1.0.1 fixes many issues present in older versions.

The closest I've come to netscape is Firefox and

If I recall it went something like

Netscape Navigator > Netscape Communicator > Mozilla > Firefox (once known as firebird source: the Book of Mozilla.) and Thunderbird.

While Internet Explorer was origenally based off the code bas of Mosiac.

Worlds most popular browsers going from WWW to
Mosiac to Netscape stuff to Internet Explorer I thinky.
