Default GNOME
hey why not use gnome insted KDE ?

the most popular linux distros are genrally useing gnome like ubuntu ???




i think KDE is hard for begginer users to use and gnome lets you do more though the GUI although i hate the look of KDE normally but dont mind it on PCBSD as its setup better

but KDE 4 looks amazing

this happens so often in this forum, that it nerves. or the thread is heavily in the wrong board. do we need more moderators that only do the mod job? i don´t know.

i thought that the mods are in heavy topic related to pc-bad dev that they aren´t able enough to do the mod job.

i know, i am a mod too in a forum of nearly 1500 members.

I don't want to be tough on moderation, we want this place to be the expression of everybody, although I agree with that sometimes such repeated messages with neverending discussions are annoying

yes, but this thread had to be closed with the comment to use the search function. of course in a smart way. not the rtfm behaviour of some linux and bsd forums.

to say "please use the forum search!" (and sometimes search for the main thread and give the link) and close the thread is not a bad behavior.

otherwise the forum could become to complex in the future!
