Default Disk partition manager and tools
hy
does have some disk partition manager and tools for pcbsd 9.0.
if i can recomand (i use it on suse and ubuntu) KDE Partition Manager - Partition Editor.

Gparted, KDE Partition Manager & similar programs can destroy the file structure/slices of PC-BSD. I believe the recommended way is to use Gparted from a CD or DVD and run it directly from the disc.

It is not possible to create a graphical tool from gpart ?

gpart is not /usr friendly

Or a .pbi of sade (from freebsd) ?

Filelight, I find it is a great graphical tool of displaying your file system.
