Default Warden Jailed Apache startup failure bug report
This is probably an easy fix, I just installed a web server jail thru the warden and installed the meta package for apache, then went to the service manager for the jail and enabled the service, then tried to start the service and got this error.

down
Unable to open logs
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache22:WARNING:
failed to start apache22

just wanted to let you guys know about it for the upcoming release

Well I am not exactly sure since I am passed that stage at this point but, I think it was my own stupidy causing this, I didnt notice in the warden configuration it was looking for re0 for the network and not em0, changed that and all is well.
