I know what you mean as I am also new to PC-BSD. Just remember how I think: The only stupid question I have, is the one I never ask.

Besides, all of the experts here were at some point newbies also... I mean they weren't born with a computer in their hand and knowing everything about FreeBSD & PC-BSD right out of the womb.

Well, there is a forum entry for bug reporting. There is also a feature request forum.
