add/remove panel items bug?

hi all --

a potential bug and/or a definite problem:

Right click on panel
> Add/Remove Panel Items
> opens Panel Preferences window
> select Panel Applets tab
> select Add
> opens Add plugin to panel window
> select Application Launch bar (to launch LXTerminal)
> click Add
> Application Launch bar is present in the panel at the far right
> right click on Application Launch bar
> select "Application Launch Bar" settings
> opens Application Launch Bar window
> on the right side, under Available Applications, select Accessories
> select LXTerminal -- the Accessories list refuses to stay open and you're unable to add LXTerminal to the Application Launch Bar.

i managed to get it working today, but the behavior is still very strange.

is there a place to manage these sorts of settings? i think this could be related to the problem that someitalian123 mentions.
