Installing PC-BSD on a SSD Drive

So if you don't want to have a Raid0 with 2 or more high peformence HDD's, what are the experiences to install freeBSD/PC-BSD v9 on a modern SSD ?

1) What FS is the best way to install it on the SSD ?

2) How is the Trim & Garbage Control on the FS ?

3) When there is a Trim & Garbage Control, would be cool if there is a cute GUI for ZFS of course
