One of my favorite programs is Launchy. It's small and addicting, fully skinnable. You can launch almost anything by simply typing it. I never imagined that there was a Linux version of the program. It's open source so I would love for there to be a BSD version as well.

A 9.x PBI module has been created for Launchy. Once the PBI builds, I will make sure it works before releasing it.

9.x PBI's for launchy have just been released. They should be available in the AppCafe in 24 hours.

Can the PBI author please update to the 2.5.1 release when convenient? This includes a fix that allow the user to specify the location of the launchy files, such as launchy.ini and launchy.db on UNIX-like systems.

You will want to contact the FreeBSD port maintainer[1] to see if he can update the port. The PBI's that we currently create are simply re-packaged versions of the FreeBSD ports, so once the port gets updated we will update the PBI version as well.
