Default PC-BSD Software Manager
Does the gui PC-BSD Software Manager install dependencies such as pkg_add -r 'software package' would? The reason I am asking, is some packages I have installed with the PC-BSD Software Manager don't work, and I am wondering if it is some kind of dependency issue.

The PBI packages include their dependencies, so it's probably a bug with the software. Which packages are not working?
