MySQL DB manager and viewer. Freshports versions are http://www.freshports.org/databases/phpmyadmin/ and http://www.freshports.org/databases/phpmyadmin211/

Default Two versions
I think what's hanging this one up is the latest version is marked "ignore" because it's not compatible with MySQL 4.

There are two versions therefore, one for MySQL5 and one for version 4.

Just build both I say.
