Intermitent problem with the networks connections - PC-BSD Forums

Hello,

First of all, I would like to say that PC-BSD is great. It saved me time from installing freebsd from scratch, and it is very nice OS indeed.

I would like to know if anybody else is experiencing reliability problems with the network connections in PC BSB 8 RC? I can connect ok to most access points and lans; however every 10 to 15 mins I loose the connections and I have to reset the networking. This is happening in my home and office.

It is becoming an issue since this is my "workstation" laptop. So I wanted to see if it this is also happening to somebody else, to know how to proceed with the fix on my case.

It's a known issue. I suggest you go back to 7.1.1. Never ever use a beta release on a system that you can't afford downtime....
