Default No Sound Intel ICH9 snd_hda on IBM ThinkPad W500
Hello,

My sound is not working, but the card is recognized as shown in pciconf -lv

hdac0@pci0:0:27:0: class=0x040300 card=0x20f217aa chip=0x293e8086 rev=0x03 hdr=0x00
vendor = 'Intel Corporation'
device = '82801IB/IR/IH (ICH9 Family) HD Audio Controller'
class = multimedia
subclass = HDA

the KDE Kmix is showing 2 channels but adjusting the volume has no effekt at all, no sound comes out my device.

In /boot/loader.conf I have

oss_enable=NO
sound_enable=YES
snd_hda_enable=YES

In Linux sound is no Problem at all!

How do I proceed now?
