Default Mainboard dead?
I have a A-Trend ATC-6130 which doesn't boot. Whenever I connect the power supply to the board the power supply doesn't start; however the power supply will start if not connected to the mainboard. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad power supply.

An atx power supply should not be on if it is not connected to the mother board.
