Default lost panel
I inadvertently deleted the panel at the bottom of my screen. When I try to add a new panel it add at the top of the screen. How can I get back to the original panel

To move the panel from the top to the bottom right click the mouse on the panel and choose the option panel settings. There should be some dialog boxes to add widgets, lock widgets, and remove this panel. In the black area next to the dialog boxes click your mouse. When your mouse pointer changes to a hand icon just click and drag your mouse to the bottom of the screen. That should move the panel to the bottom. You will probably have to add all of the widgets to your panel again though.
