Hello alltogether,
I'm coming from the Linux world and wanted to try something new - and so I found PC-BSD; and I really like what I see in my first few hours with it, so I have to say: very good work
For the moment I have just 1 problem: I want to install pokerth, to kill some time from time to time...
Typing "whereis pokerth" answers with "/usr/ports/games/pokerth" - OK, so it is in the tree.
But doing then "pkg_add -r pokerth" gives me just the following:
Error: FTP Unable to get
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports ... okerth.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
pkg_add: unable to fetch 'ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-6.3-release/Latest/pokerth.tbz' by URL
Looking under
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports ... se/Latest/ shows me, that there is indeed no package "pokerth" available.
Am I doing something wrong or do I have stumbled upon an error?
Thanks in advance,
Thomas
