Default Can't Play Radio Streams
I've tried wmp, aac and wma in Audacious, Atunes, Quodlibet, Parole and Mplayer and nothing has worked.

What am I missing?

Try VLC Media Player. If that doesn't play a radio stream, something is horribly wrong.
