Default MESS v0.146 (emulator)
Now that QMC2 has been converted to pbi, and we already have Mame v0.146, it just makes sense that we should have Mess v0.146.

Mess works with QMC2 as well as Mame does, and includes emulation support for *many* computers and consoles.

We already have a PBI module for emulators/mess, but it has not been building for some reason. I am going to look into it and see if I can get the PBI built and working soon.

The PBI's for MESS are currently available in the AppCafe.
