Default qmc2
Requesting this built into PBI. It is an awesome Mame frontend, that makes using Mame very easy. I am surprised that it is not already in PBI format already, seeing that Mame v0.146 is in the Appcafe!

Here is a direct link to the FreeBSD port. I wish I knew how to make a PBI out of it, but I do not unfortunately!

And more info on the application from the official homepage:

I just created a module for emulators/qmc2. It will appear in the AppCafe once the PBI's build and are approved.

The PBI's for QMC2 just got approved. They should be available in the AppCafe within 24 hours.

Note: The first time you run it, you have to specify the path to the MAME/MESS binaries. They are located in "/usr/pbi/qmc2-[i386 or amd64]/bin/[mame or mess]".
