Default Out of Space!
Hey it sounds like you are just simply out of space. PCBSD can take around 10-12 gigs, and Windows 7 can take around 12 gigabytes. Not to mention much more after you install updates. You need to upgrade that hard drive! It wouldn't hurt to upgrade your ram either virtualbox would be incredibly slow running both OS's at once.

Well you would have to buy a bigger hard drive to start. One that was at least 40 gigabytes would probably do, but 80 gigabytes or larger would probably be best. If you don't feel comfortable with installing another hard drive in your computer you could always get a USB hard drive and run virtualbox / windows 7 on that. Best of luck.

my hdd is 500G !!! and i install only pc-bsd on my pc !!

i think i had a mistake in installation because today i try to add a new user to my os , i give this err :

/: write failed, filesystem is full
pwd_mkdb: /etc/pwd.db to /etc/pwd.db.tmp: No space left on device
pw: passwd file update: Inappropriate ioctl for device
adduser: ERROR: There was an error adding user (r3dw0rm).

Something eated your disk space.
Try the command in a terminal:

Code:
df -H
and then also a

Code:
du -hs /*
to see what is occupying so much space. Iterate the latter on the directory that is eating so much space to see what the problem is. Report the output, so we can help.

I misunderstood your question. I thought you were trying to install both on a 20 gig Hard drive.

I suspect the problem is in the virtual box installation, not in the PCBSD installation. You probably have activated something like 3d graphics without having the virtual box kernel module loaded in your linux environment.
