Default 9-STABLE 20120622 kldload: can't load pefs
I notice the following message when I boot.
Code:
kldload: can't load pefs: no surch file or directory
/etc/rc.conf: WARNING: Unable to load kernel module pefs
In fact I didn't find any pefs module in /boot/kernel or something close to that?

Is pefs.ko not in /boot/modules?

Is this 32bit or 64bit?

64 bit.

The /boot/modules folder is empty.

Odd that it is empty. Did you make a custom kernel or anything like
that? How about if you do "pkg_info | grep pefs"?

There should be several files in that directory by default on the
desktop. Unless this is the server install?

Ok, you can manually install sysutils/pefs-kmod to get rid of this
error. It'll be loaded automatically in the next BETA1 image.
