Default KDE updates? But no KDE installed
I have installed PC-BSD 9 with XFCE and without KDE or KDE based applications. But the PC-BSD Update Manager shows me a KDE patch: "Bugfix: Fix some KDE apps which need shared memory (01-18-2012)

Is this needed?

You can install it or not. It just sets a sysctl which fixes some K
