发展前景良好的桌面版BSD：

* 不会有LINUX 下众多的内核升级版本，长期、稳定的内核版本，方便软件和硬件厂商的支持（当然想要发展成熟，还需要若干年 时间）；

* 方便的 PBI 软件包格式（减少了LINUX 下常见的库依赖问题，类似于 WINDOWS 下的 EXE 可执行文件安装方式）；

* 版本号与 FREE-BSD 同步（所以称“同位素版本（ISOTOPE EDITION））
