Default Dual Boot Issue
I installed Debian Linux on my second hard drive, but now I cannot boot into PC-BSD 9 on my first. The Boot menu only shows an option for Debian. How can I fix the PC-BSD Boot loader? ( I think I may have posted this in the wrong section, sorry.)

Which OS did you install first, and to what drive ?
Is Debian using grub legacy or grub2 as the default bootloader ?

PC-BSD was installed first on a 1.0 TB drive and Debian second on a 1.5 TB drive, Debian is using grub legacy.
