Irfanview PBI installed but no run

I installed Irfanview PBI seemingly ok, but when I tried to open it I get

PC-BSD Crash Handler
PC-BSD encountered an error while trying to start bin/Irfanview
Details...
Captured from Stderr:
wine: cannot find '/Programs/IrfanView0.9.57/IRFANVIEW/drive_c/Program Files/IrfanView/i_view32.exe.exe'

now what? & what's wine got to do with it? I understood the PBI was bsd_version??
