Any DVB-T card that works out of the box?

Well, I've been searching a lot for this kind of card and LinuxTV web page only got me confused (needles to say I'm a complete novice).
So if there is a DVB-T adapter (PCI or USB) that works out of the box, please let me know.

WebcamCompat lists some devices that are working with webcamd.
