PBI, pkgNG and pc-bsd utilities for FreeBSD users
Here's some of the differences:
1. We will be updating our PKGNG repo ~weekly-ish
2. It includes packages for the PC-BSD utilities, also updated with

Updatemanager - update information
I'm still trying to figure out the best way to do this. With each
package just being a newer "snapshot" of a particular SVN revision, it
should be possible to somehow tie that into trac, and show...

RootOnZFS mirror - guide to disk replacement?
If you have multiple drives in a ZFS mirror / raidz you can replace them
using the "zpool" command. Take a look at the "attach" and "detach"
commands. If you want to know how the disks were setup...

freebsd-update for updating. The pc-metapkgmanager will be just...

Fixed this in SVN! It'll now fallback to creating the directories the
normal way if you have JAILDIR set to a non-ZFS directory.

Wayland looks like coming to BSDland
I'm eagerly awaiting wayland here as well, still need KMS and some other bits before it happens though. In my mind not using dbus is a good thing, but it depends upon what they do in its place :)

Help installing/configuring Warden

You should be able to test this by turning off the firewall in the Control Panel -> Firewall. If that makes it work, you know it was a FW issue then you can unblock port 80, or whatever other ports...

easier to issue pkg updates and more frequent here in the near future as
well.
