found solution to have Squid3 installed and working PC-BSD
Now work good pkg install port.
Problem was with pfSense (http://www.pfsense.org/) and Squid3 (http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Category:Squid).
After uninstalling Squid3...

Not usable with FreeBSD compatible and can destroy slices, use gpart and FreeBSD Tools better.
