Eror in mounting ?

when I plug my USB flash drive, konquer sad something eror.
I don't remember what change I have made, but here my screen shot

and also, I want to mount it manually but when I list the dir of /dev seems that my machine does not detect it :roll:

Ah forget about the mounting manually problem cause I just did it and success

So the remain problem is just the auto mounting :(
