Live BSD CD

I have a great install of PC-BSD, my icons and theme is perfect. so I was wondering if anyone could point me into a direction or tell me how to make a live CD out of my PC-BSD Install? I would love to take it with me, and what not, and have my settings and everything just be there already on a forign computer.

and search freesbie
