floppy mount/unmount

Howdy folks.
I'm a little (alot) new here so please bare with.
My stupid question is how do I get my floppy drive to mount and unmount in KDE. I can get it to mount but when I try to unmount, it tells me it can't because its busy. I have to use a terminal window and the -f option to do it. That seems a little clunky, gotta be a better way.


Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

it won't unmount if there is a program accessing the drive
if you have an open window that shows drive contents, you have to close it before unmount
