How to configure KDE/Konqueror to use mouse side buttons???

How to configure KDE/Konqueror to use mouse side buttons as back and forward?

I have already enabled this behavior in Firefox and Opera but it doesn't work with KDE/Konqueror when browsing the internet or using the file manager...

I want the side buttons to work as "alt + forward" and "Alt + Back" keyboard combos.

you will need to use imwheel. i have never installed it before though, im happy with the side buttons in ff.

wot did u put in your xorg to get ff workin?? ive used loads of linux distros in the past, n just added
Option "protocol" "ExplorerPS/2"
Option "buttons" "7"
Option "ButtonMapping" "1 2 3 6 7"

but in pc-bsd, the protocol option causes X to fail!
