Logitech USB 350 Headset

Hi I have a Logitech USB 350 Headset and it doesn't want to work.. I have loaded snd_uaudio but that really didnt do nothing, nothing new showed up in dmesg. So, I am stumped any advice would be apreciated. Thanks!
