Welcome to the forums. You will learn little of Linux here but if you stick around, you may learn some UNIX/Free/PC-BSD ;-)
Here is the FreeBSD Wireless Handbook (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/network-wireless.html) and I don't know how far they are but you may want to down load the latest snapshot and see if it will set it up for you. It can be found here: http://dev.pcbsd.org/snapshots/

I've never tried but man ndisgen 8
NDISGEN(8) FreeBSD System Manager's Manual NDISGEN(8)
NAME
ndisgen -- generate a FreeBSD driver module from a Windows(R) NDIS driver
distribution
SYNOPSIS
ndisgen [/path/to/INF /path/to/SYS]
DESCRIPTION
The ndisgen script uses the ndiscvt(8) utility and other tools to gener-
ate a FreeBSD loadable driver module and a static ELF object module from
a Windows(R) NDIS driver, for use with the ndis(4) compatibility module.
The ndisgen script is interactive and contains its own help section.
Unless the paths to both files are supplied on the command line, the
script will prompt the user for the .INF and .SYS files needed to gener-
ate the FreeBSD driver module. The script will also prompt for any
firmware or other external files needed.
SEE ALSO

i am trying to setup the MSI PCMCIA WIreless card on PC-BSD. Is there any way to update the sistem somehow through some instalation package. I have usb 2.0 :D , so i though that the best way is to copy files from my comp to laptop.

Link no longer works is there a new pbi? or can some port be downloaded...
my rj45 jack broke years ago. My WIFI stopped working on windows and pcbsd a week or so ago. I have a pcmcia WIFI card that works in windows but not pcbsd. I'm getting the same no source found error when trying to build from the window files.
My dsl modem does have a USB connection but don't know how to get it to work.
Any suggestions. I'll try reading that handbook mentioned for now.

The FreeBSD source code PBI's have never been maintained.
The developers released two builds, I released one, nether of us have kept up with it over the years. Because you can now find a copy on PC-BSD CD#2 since the last several releases of PC-BSD.
