Missing Disk Space

When I installed PC-BSD, I did so on a 4 GB partition. After installation, it tells me that it is on a 2.7 GB partition. What happened to my disk space? I don't have a partition of 2.7 GB on my computer, so it's not some kind of mixup. Could this be some kind of rare bug? How did 1.3 GB of space vanish?

It seems that the PCBSD installation create a swap space of 999 MB.

I've installed PCBSD on a 3 GB free space disk and finally I have only 180 MB
free space to work :(.

We must have in mind that this is a beta release, so some things should be corrected.
