I cannt connect to any access Point he only write:"No Wireless networks found." at Wireless Networks!

Try to disable crypto on the connection settings and the access point. See if it comes through then (process of emliination).

Yes...the 'associated' shows that there is a connection...something is stopping it after that...like TerryP says, WEP or perhaps look in your /etc/resolv.conf and make sure that you have your ISP name servers there.
