Ok i am looking into purchasing a usb touchpad for my little kitchen project. Basically i am extending a monitor out of the kitchen and i am going to use this comp to hold all my recipes and links to websites for food. Using a touchbad would eliminate the mouse. I will most likely construct a frame that will be attached to the monitor so it will all be one unit.

Anyhow before i purchase a touchpad usb i would like to know if pcbsd supports them. I searched and only got hits about laptops.

As far as I know a laptop touchpad uses a normal mouse driver.

Well i guess i consider this thing ordered. I figured that it would just be using a normal mouse driver. But i just wanted to make sure i was purchasing a device that i could use.

I have heard of wireless touchscreen monitors. Maybe you can search for such a device too.
