StartupNotify=true/false option in Package Builder

Hi - Can we get an option for StartupNotify=true/false option in Package Builder please? I've found that when launching BIG games from an icon the "bouncy-bouncy" icon overlayed on the game for two minutes can drive one to distraction : )

I would prefer NOT to disable it globally.
