Maybe this is a little off topic, but wouldn't it be great to have PC-BSD on PDAs and Smart Phones.
I know this needs lots of work and a large team to do it, it'll need some kernel modifications and ports, KDE modification, etc., maybe NetBSD is a good choice for that job, as you know it's one of the most portable OSs available.
This sounds like a new project completely different from the PC-BSD project, but it'll be great to have PC-BSD on our PDAs.

What do you think guys? any ideas?

I can see the point of having it on a PDA, but why would any one want a Operating System on a Phone?

Their a big enough pest now! Without Windows Blue Screen Of firery Death.

All Smart Phones has an OS, like Symbian or others.
It's a much smaller and simpler OS but it's still an OS, and installing an OS like a striped down PC-BSD will give the phone better capabilities.

Afterall, this is just a suggestion, i maybe right or wrong.

And dont forget to vote :)

I don't get your point, but anyway, if you don't have a PDA or a PC then why would you need PC-BSD anyway.
