this ist a nice article about the future desktop linux, but is very important for pcbsd too. part 2 about AppFolders is the best. i think pcbsd should follow this suggestions.

A tasklist with all the issues that need adressing is a must!

Someone woud be in charge of creating an html file which had all the features /ideas/projects for PC-BSD.
the users would post their ideas, in detail. If different ideas would arise about the same issue the person responsable would place it as option #1, #2, etc.

once a week we would vote to clean up the list by choosing which proposals to accept. (people could post just to merge existing proposals too.

I agree, also the Tasklist is a great idea, i know ubuntu does this as well.

Well technically they dont call it a tasklist but its simmilar.
