This is really funky crap.
I installed 1.0 the day it came out. (Deleted 200GB UFS2 partition, formated 80000MB NTFS, installed PC-BSD 1.0 onto that drive) And I had a broken KMPlayer.
I've had to reinstall it today, and inless working /w pkgdb -F and portupgrade -arR did something to it. (mplayer was around) there is no KMPlayer with problems in my KMenu.
Plus Abiword refused to compile today, and yesterday it went like a charm; gnomelyzer can't tell me whats the matter so I ran pkg_add -r portupgrade and started screwing around e.t.c. But it compiles fine now and I can tell you boy o'boy does that SMP Kernel make so much a diffrence on this dual-core; compiling times are much longer while I've got the uniprocessor one booted. (Trying to do as much system setup in 1 boot as possible)
Also when I installed 1.0 when ever I ran a make search name=appname make wouldn't know how to make search... But now it works!!!
