Confusing Update Notifications

The update notifications look like a speech bubble, but aren't attached to anything. Really, it's not a huge deal, but at first I thought something was supposed to be coming out of the upper-left-hand corner of my screen. I guess the natural assumption is that a speech bubble is attached to something that can talk.

This is a KDE thing, and if you'd like it fixed, I suggest you file a bug report on the KDE Bug Tracking System (http://bugs.kde.org/) :wink:

KDE thing as is in it's provided by KDE or KDE thing as in it's all the API allows? I've just never seen it before on any other KDE desktop I've ever used, so some guidance would be appreciated.
